At Portia and Scarlett, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer store credits for eligible full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all gowns remain unworn, unwashed, and with all original designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your garment in its original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service of your choice; we recommend purchasing insurance as Portia and Scarlett is not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our quality control team verifies the garment's condition, a store credit code will be issued to your email within 5-7 business days, valid for 12 months.
